But our commitment does not stop there. We believe in improving environmental resilience. Working with our partners and stakeholders to reduce our carbon footprint to ensure we operate in the most efficient and environmentally sustainable way.
Whistleblowing
Our whistleblowing policy is designed to protect and support individuals, including current and former employees, job candidates, and business partners such as suppliers and subcontractors. Reports can be submitted confidentially via email to whistleblower@obt.dk. Please note that this email is directed to multiple members of the management team, and therefore cannot be ignored or overlooked. All reports are treated with the strictest confidentiality, and we are committed to ensuring that no retaliation occurs as a result of raising a concern in good faith. Every act of speaking up contributes to maintaining the ethical standards and integrity that define who we are as an organization.
We are committed to maintaining a culture of integrity, transparency, and accountability across all levels of our organisation. If anyone becomes aware of misconduct – whether by colleagues, contractors, or other personnel – that breaches our Code of Conduct or our company policies, we encourage them to speak up.
