In recognition of World Environment Day, this article presents our 2025 HSQE results and outlines how we integrate health, safety, quality, and environmental responsibility across our operations.
Safety Performance
In 2025, safety remained a constant across everything we do — from offices to operations and partner networks. Over the year, our teams completed more than 1.5 million working hours without a lost time injury or fatality.
Key safety and environmental indicators also stayed at zero, reflecting consistent control across high-risk areas.
More than a statistic, this reflects how our teams approach their work every day — with awareness, accountability, and a clear focus on doing things the right way.
How We Work
These outcomes are not incidental. They come from a structured and practical approach to HSQE, embedded into day-to-day operations. This includes:
- Ongoing HSE training and awareness across all teams
- Regular risk assessments and operational inspections
- Emergency preparedness measures in all locations
- Routine workplace and office safety checks
- Strong onboarding and governance processes
- Open reporting and continuous learning
- Close oversight of suppliers and partners to ensure consistent HSE standards
Together, these actions make safety part of how work gets done — not a separate layer on top of it.
Standards and What Comes Next
Our HSQE framework is aligned with international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, providing a consistent foundation across our operations.
We are now taking the next step, with a 2026 roadmap to achieve ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certification in key locations including Dubai, Guinea, Ghana, and Senegal.
At the same time, we continue to strengthen our environmental commitments. Following the establishment of our 2025 carbon baseline, we are targeting a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030, with a longer-term goal of reaching Net Zero by 2050.

These results reflect a consistent, long-term focus: protecting our people, managing risk carefully, and operating responsibly across every location we serve.
