OBT Email Domain Change – Here’s What You Need to Know

The OBT email domain change is part of our company’s evolution and recent rebranding. As we continue to expand our logistics and integrated service offerings, we are simplifying our digital identity to better reflect who we are today. Previously, our email addresses included “obts”, where the “s” stood for shipping. With our expanded focus on logistics and integrated solutions, we are now simply OBT – and our email addresses will follow suit.

What’s Changing?

• All our OBT email addresses are changing from @obts.dk to @obt.dk. For example, agency@obts.dk is now agency@obt.dk

What Stays the Same?

• Your communication with us will continue without interruption.
• Existing emails, calendars, contacts, files, and permissions remain unchanged.
• No action is required on your part.
• All Microsoft systems (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Power Platform) will function as usual.

The OBT email domain change does not affect system access, security, or message history.

For Our Clients, Partners, and Contacts

• You can still send emails to our old @obts.dk addresses, and they will be delivered to our new mailbox without any issues.

• Replies and new messages from us will now display the updated @obt.dk domain.
• You may update your records if you wish, but it’s not mandatory.

This update aligns with our brand and reflects our commitment to delivering comprehensive shipping and logistics solutions.
