2 Million Safe Manhours: Safety Is Everyone’s Responsibility
September 24, 2026
In June 2026, we reached an important milestone across our group: 2 million safe manhours without a lost-time incident (LTI).
Since 2022, our HSQE team has been tracking and recording safe manhours across over 15 of our offices, representing a workforce of over 500 employees. While the number itself is significant, what it really represents is the dedication, awareness, and daily actions of our people to keep themselves and those around them safe.
Every safe manhour is the result of someone following procedures, identifying potential risks, speaking up about concerns, or taking the time to do things the right way. Safety is not just a policy for us. It is part of how we work every day.
This achievement belongs to everyone across our group. It reflects the collective effort of our teams, the support of management, and the strong safety culture we continue to build together. Whether in the office, at a customer site, or on the move, our people have played a role in reaching this milestone.
While we are proud to celebrate 2 million safe manhours, we know that safety is not measured by a single achievement. It is an ongoing commitment. Our goal remains the same: ensuring that everyone returns home safely at the end of every working day.
As we continue to grow, we remain focused on strengthening our HSQE culture, investing in awareness and training, and continuously improving the way we manage risk across our operations.
Two million safe manhours is a milestone worth celebrating, but more importantly, it is a reminder of what we can achieve when safety remains everyone’s responsibility.
