Professional Attitude
Trainees should demonstrate a positive and professional attitude, showing respect for colleagues and adhering to workplace norms.
Punctuality and Attendance
Consistent attendance and punctuality are crucial. Trainees are expected to arrive on time and notify their Mentors in advance if they cannot attend.
Willingness to Learn
A proactive approach to learning is vital. Trainees should be open to feedback, eager to ask questions, and willing to take on new challenges.
Task Completion
Trainees should complete assigned tasks on time and to the best of their ability. This includes following instructions, meeting deadlines, and seeking help when needed.
Team Collaboration
Being a team player is important. Trainees are expected to work collaboratively with others, contributing positively to group dynamics.
Adaptability
The ability to adapt to changing situations and new information is crucial. Trainees should be flexible and willing to adjust their approach as needed.

Department Rotations Overview
Structure
The program is divided into four quarters and aligned with company departments. Each quarter, you will spend up to three months with the department manager, working closely on assigned tasks and ongoing operations.
Mentorship
You will have an assigned talent program coordinator from HQ HR, who will conduct performance evaluation meetings after each quarter.
Feedback Mechanisms
The department manager will evaluate your performance and submit feedback to the HQ HR Department.
